How to apply for Section 8
•The Germantown Y houses adult men, 18 years old or older
• 2 forms of ID are required: current state ID or Driver’s license, or social security card and a copy of your certified birth certificate
• Applications must be completed on-site Low income housing (30% of income) Restrictions
• Income restrictions apply, please call for details
• Alcohol and illegal drugs are not permitted on the Premises
• A refundable security deposit is required and can be paid in low monthly installments
• Income verification will be conducted during the application process
• Applications are accepted Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.- 4 p.m
• Rooms are rented on a first-come, first-serve basis for those who qualify • Handicap accessible
